What to plan for your Austin move or sale
Moving to or within Austin
Send the mover the actual entrance and photos of the loading route. For an apartment or condo, ask management about elevator reservations, truck clearance, and crew check-in. If you’re moving into a house, show the mover any driveway slope, steps, or tight turns that affect unloading.
Selling an Austin-area home

Put your main seating in place before choosing the TV location. Take a wide photo showing the wall and outlets, and have the TV and bracket model numbers handy. If the mounting surface is unclear, have it checked before drilling. In a rental or managed building, confirm which changes are allowed.
