Suffolk University Student Move-In Guide
Moving to Suffolk University in downtown Boston? Learn how to prepare for residence-hall arrival, what to bring, where students commonly live off campus, how to navigate downtown unloading and what to complete before classes begin.
Starting at Suffolk
What makes Suffolk move-in different?
Suffolk University is located in the center of downtown Boston near Beacon Hill, Government Center, the State House, Downtown Crossing and the Theatre District. Residence halls, classrooms, transit stations and city streets are closely connected.
Students should expect limited curb space, heavy pedestrian traffic, garage parking and building-specific unloading procedures. Confirm the exact residence-hall address rather than entering only “Suffolk University” into navigation.
