What services do you offer?
TV mounting (flat/tilt/full-motion, over-fireplace), soundbars & streaming setup, mesh Wi-Fi and networking, smart locks/thermostats/doorbells/cameras, computer & printer help, move-in setup (art, mirrors, curtains/blinds/drapes, furniture assembly), and home-safety upgrades (childproofing, grab bars, ramps, aging-in-place).
How do I book—and do you offer same-day or next-day service?
Book online in seconds using our real-time scheduler (confirmed times, no vague “4-hour window”). Same-day and next-day slots are often available in many areas. If you don’t see a time that works, call/text and we’ll try to help.

Which areas do you serve?

Are your technicians insured and vetted?
Yes. Your home is in qualified hands—our pros are vetted and insured, and follow Mr Home Guy installation standards for safety and workmanship.
What’s included with a standard TV mount?
Site check, stud finding and level, bracket installation, secure TV mounting, basic cable dressing, and device check (e.g., streaming box/soundbar pairing if applicable). Add-ons include wire-conceal options (raceway or in-wall where allowed), soundbar mount, over-fireplace optimizations, and power-relocation kits.
Do you provide mounts and materials?
You can use your own bracket or select one of our pro-grade mounts that match your TV, wall type, and viewing needs. Using our professional TV brackets qualifies your install for our No-Fall TV Warranty.
Can you hide my cables?
Yes—choose surface raceway for a clean, quick result, or in-wall cable concealment where feasible. Your tech will review options on-site based on wall type and code requirements. Power relocation can be done with compliant kits or coordinated with a licensed electrician as needed.
Is over-fireplace mounting safe for my TV?
Often, yes—provided heat exposure is managed. Gas fireplaces typically require ~18" clearance to the bottom of the TV; sustained high heat can damage TVs and may void manufacturer warranties. Share a photo at booking and we’ll advise on heat, wiring, and mantle-clearance solutions.
What surfaces can you mount to?
Drywall/wood stud, brick, block, concrete, stone, tile, and many specialty walls. We bring the right anchors/fasteners for a safe, durable install.
Do you handle offices and commercial spaces?
Yes—conference rooms, common areas, restaurants, gyms, hotels, and more. Higher-ceiling or specialty mounts may require additional equipment; we’ll quote that upfront.
How long does a typical TV mounting appointment take?
Most straightforward mounts finish within 60–90 minutes. Add time for wire concealment, over-fireplace routing, complex surfaces, or multi-TV projects.
What should I do before the tech arrives?
Clear the area where the TV or product will go, have your Wi-Fi info handy (for smart setups), and confirm you have the TV, bracket (if using your own), and accessories ready. If you’re in a high-rise or gated community, please arrange access with your building.
How do payments work—and what do you accept?
Payment is due at completion. We accept major credit/debit cards and can send a digital receipt. Some markets also allow cash—ask your scheduler. If you booked online, the card on file is only charged after the job is finished (unless noted otherwise for special-order parts).
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes—use your confirmation link to change your appointment. For last-minute changes or access issues, fees may apply to cover reserved time and travel. If something comes up, call/text us and we’ll work with you.
What guarantees and warranties do you provide?
We stand behind our work. When we use our professional TV brackets, your mount is covered by our No-Fall TV Warranty. Standard installs include a 30-day workmanship follow-up—register your service to activate benefits and make future support easier.

Do you remove old TVs or dismount/remount?
Absolutely. We can dismount, patch small holes, and remount the same or a new TV—even in a different room. Let us know during booking so we allocate time.
Do you help with home decorating and move-in setup?
Yes—art/mirror layouts, curtains/blinds/drapes, shelving, furniture assembly, and product installs so your space looks “finished” on Day One.
What about home safety and accessibility?
We offer childproofing (anchoring TVs/furniture, gates, outlet covers), grab bars and handrails (stud-backed, secure), and ramp/threshold options. We can also suggest lighting and hardware improvements for aging in place.
Do you offer Spanish-language support?
