These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Mr Home Guy USA’s websites, booking tools, and in-home services (the “Services”). By booking or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1) Who we are
Mr Home Guy USA (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides professional in-home services with a primary focus on TV mounting, plus smart-home setup, networking/Wi-Fi, move-in services, and home decorating/product installation.

2) Booking & scheduling
Appointments may be requested online through our ZIP-code-based scheduler or by phone/text. Same-day or next-day availability is not guaranteed. Appointment windows may include travel and setup time.
3) Quotes, pricing & additional work
- Displayed prices apply to standard conditions and exclude unusual wall types, hidden utilities, or extra labor/materials.
- Technicians will discuss any add-ons (e.g., wire concealment, power relocation kits, over-fireplace routing, specialty anchors) and obtain approval before proceeding.
- Taxes, tolls, parking, HOA/building access fees, and disposal fees (if applicable) may be added.
4) Customer responsibilities
- Provide safe access to the work area; move furniture/fragile items; obtain any HOA/landlord permissions.
- Disclose wall materials, known hazards, and restricted drilling areas; share accurate TV size/weight and device details.
- For network/smart-home work, provide Wi-Fi credentials and administrative access as needed.
5) Payment
Unless stated otherwise in your confirmation, payment is due at completion. We accept major credit/debit cards and provide digital receipts. For special-order parts or large jobs, a deposit may be required.
6) Cancellations & rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel through your confirmation link or by contacting us. To cover reserved time and travel, late changes may incur a fee. If we arrive and cannot complete the job due to site inaccessibility or missing approvals, a trip fee may apply.
7) Safety & scope limits
- We follow manufacturer guidelines and building best practices. Work requiring a licensed trade (e.g., new electrical circuits) must be performed by a licensed professional.
- Over-fireplace mounting depends on heat and surface conditions.
- In-wall cable concealment is performed where safe and permitted; power relocation uses code-compliant kits or a licensed electrician.
8) Warranty & guarantees
- No-Fall TV Warranty: When you use our professional TV brackets, your mount is covered by our no-fall warranty.
- Workmanship Follow-Up: Standard installs include a limited follow-up period for workmanship concerns.
- Exclusions include misuse, accidental damage, manufacturer defects, heat/moisture exposure, or alterations by others.
9) Photos, reviews & testimonials
With your permission, technicians may photograph finished work for quality control or marketing. You grant us a non-exclusive right to use submitted reviews/testimonials in marketing, subject to removal upon written request.
10) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable Service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
11) Dispute resolution & governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where the Service is performed (without regard to conflict-of-law rules). The parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
12) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the changes.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Mr Home Guy USA (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our websites, booking tools, communications, and Services.
1) Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, email, phone, address/service location, booking details (e.g., TV size, wall type), photos or notes, reviews, and payment details processed by our payment providers.
- Automatic data: device/browser info, IP address, referral URLs, and cookie/analytics data when you visit our sites.
- From service providers: scheduling/booking platforms, payment processors, messaging and CRM tools may share booking metadata or status updates to help deliver your Services.
2) How we use information
- Provide, schedule, and complete Services; process payments; send confirmations and updates.
- Improve websites, safety, training, and customer experience; prevent fraud and misuse.
- Communicate optional offers or surveys (you can opt out at any time).

- Service providers: scheduling/booking platforms, payment processors, messaging/CRM, analytics, and cloud hosting—only as needed to operate our Services and under appropriate contracts.
- Safety & legal: to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect our customers and team.
- Business transfers: if we undergo a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
6) Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to deliver Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records, then securely delete or anonymize data.
7) Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
