2) Booking & Scheduling

  • Appointments are requested through our online scheduler (ZIP-code based) or by phone/text. Same-day/next-day availability is not guaranteed.
  • Arrival is within a time window that may include travel/setup. If conditions are unsafe or access is unavailable, we may reschedule.
  • You must be 18+ and present (or have an authorized adult present) during service.

3) Scope of Work & Site Readiness

  • You are responsible for clear access to the work area, moving furniture/fragile items, securing pets, and obtaining landlord/HOA permissions.
  • Please disclose wall materials (e.g., drywall, plaster, brick, concrete, tile), hazards, and restricted drilling areas. Hidden conditions (pipes, wiring, studs, blocking) can limit results.
  • We follow manufacturer guidelines and safe-work practices. Work requiring a licensed trade (e.g., new electrical circuits) must be handled by a licensed professional.
  • Minor wall penetrations/fastener holes are inherent to mounting and are not “damage.” Cosmetic patch/paint is not included unless quoted.

4) TV Mounting Specifics

  • Mounts: We can supply pro-grade fixed/tilt/full-motion brackets, or use yours. Customer-supplied mounts/hardware are installed “as is” with no warranty for suitability.
  • Wall Types: We mount to wood/metal studs, masonry, or approved surfaces with appropriate anchors. Some surfaces (e.g., thin tile, stone veneer, metal fireplaces) may be unsuitable.
  • Over-Fireplace: Mounting over fireplaces depends on temperature/surface conditions. Heat can damage electronics; you accept associated risks where you request such installs.
  • Cable Concealment: We offer surface raceways or, where permitted, in-wall routing using low-voltage methods. In-wall work may be limited by fire blocks, insulation, or obstructions.
  • Power: We may use code-compliant power-relocation kits where allowed; otherwise a licensed electrician is required.
  • Weight/Height Limits: We may decline work that exceeds equipment ratings, safe ladder heights, or reasonable jobsite safety.
  • Customer-Assisted Handling (Optional): If you choose to assist with lifting/handling a TV or product, you acknowledge the risks of handling fragile/heavy items. If a TV or product is dropped or broken during customer-assisted handling, our liability is limited to 50% of the cost of the affected service (see Section 9 for overall limits).

5) Warranty

  • No-Fall TV Warranty: When we use our professional TV brackets, the TV mount is covered by our no-fall warranty (subject to proper use and exclusions below).
  • Workmanship: Standard installs include a limited workmanship follow-up window (e.g., 30 days). Misuse, changes by others, manufacturer defects, heat/moisture exposure, and customer-supplied mounts are excluded.
  • Claims Process: Report issues promptly with photos and your order info so we can assess and schedule corrections.

6) Payment & Acceptance

  • Unless otherwise stated, payment is due at completion by approved methods. Deposits may be required for special-order parts or large jobs.
  • Payment constitutes your acceptance that the Services have been delivered as described and the work area was left in acceptable condition, subject to any warranty follow-up noted at completion.
  • You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for the agreed Services and approved add-ons.

7) Changes, Add-Ons & Fees

  • Add-ons/Change Orders: Any extra labor/materials (e.g., specialty anchors, additional devices, cable kits) will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
  • Cancellations/Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule via your confirmation link or by contacting us. Late changes, no-shows, or locked-out visits may incur a reasonable fee to cover reserved time and travel.
  • Parking/Access: Building access fees, parking, or tolls may be added when applicable.

8) Photos, Reviews & Testimonials

With your permission, technicians may photograph finished work for quality control or marketing. By submitting a review or testimonial, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display it. You can request removal in writing.

9) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • Pre-Existing Conditions: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, latent defects, or manufacturer/product failures.
  • No Implied Warranties: Except as expressly stated, the Services are provided “as is” without implied warranties.
  • Limited Liability (General Cap): To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed $1,000. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages.
  • Customer-Assisted Handling (Specific Cap): If you assist with lifting/handling and a TV or product is dropped or broken, our liability is limited to 50% of the cost of the affected service. For clarity, this specific cap does not increase the overall liability cap above; the lesser limit applies and in no event will total liability exceed $1,000.
  • Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or directions that we followed at your request.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays/failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, outages, illness).

10) Disputes, Governing Law & Changes

  • Good-Faith Resolution: Before any formal action, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution.
  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state where the Service is performed, without regard to conflicts rules.
  • Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with your order/confirmation, are the entire agreement regarding the Services.
  • Updates: We may update these Terms; continued use after the Effective Date means you accept the changes.
